I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’m always treated so well, everybody is super professional and talented. Anna especially never fails to amaze me with her skills and attention to detail. She always does my nails so well and they always last🫶🏻
Sapphire was the first nail salon I tried when I moved to Edmonton (recommended by my coworkers) and I had the best experience! It’s now two years later and I have never gone anywhere else. Anna is the best with nail designs - I will bring in an inspo pic or explain an idea and she always nails it!! She is very experienced and lovely to talk to. All of the staff remember the regulars and are so so friendly, always welcoming you with a smile when you walk in. Thank you ladies for the best experience!!
My favourite nail spot in Edmonton! The staff are very friendly and professional. They do a great job but don't take 3 hours for a manicure like some places do. They have great attention to detail and always get my designs exactly like my inspo pictures! I recommend making an appointment as they can get very busy
My partner and I just had our nails done and they turned out spectacular! Both our nail techs were very kind and talented. They even saw us early! Definitely my go-to place for getting nails done!
I’ve never had such a bad french nail set on me. She didn’t properly do my cuticles or cut extra skin. She rushed me and made me feel like she has to be somewhere when they booked me in from 5:15 and closing is 7:30. By 6:30 she was impatient and rushing despite me being very patient. And I told her my nails are see through it needs an extra coat, she did it on my right hand and was gonna leave my left nails also opaque until I asked. She was annoyed like why didn’t you tell me before I did the french tip. But I couldn’t even see how badly see through it was till the nail light was turned on halfway through the session. Super unprofessional. This was a builder gel, so why is it looking like $10 press ons. But anyways never coming back. I’m not a local and not used to such dismissive. Please take your money someplace where they’ll actually care for your cuticles and be welcoming.
